University of Montana students celebrate Dining Services with real food feast

Missoula, MT— On Sunday, October 12, University of Montana students and staff came together in celebration of food, farming, and the people behind them. gathering around tent and musiciansSet at the urban, organic P.E.A.S. Farm (Program in Ecological Agriculture and Society), Students for Real Food hosted a public feast to pay respect and give thanks to the University Dining Service (UDS) employees for their hard work and dedication towards a local food University. Since its inception in 2003, the UDS Farm to College program has re-circulated over $2 million back into local and regional economies.
