Summer Leadership Training 2011
What: RFC's leadership training for the West Coast
Where: Davis, CA. Once you register, you'll get more info on traveling to the site.
When: August 12-14
Who: You! And all other students on campus who want to start a real food campaign on campus. This training is geared towards students who already understand the issues, and now want to put their knowledge into practice. We will discuss how to plan an effective campaign, how to work with dining services, and how to engage your fellow students.
Why: Because, as students, we need to connect to each other and engage with organizing tools to make change. This training will provide a unique opportunity for students to learn from one another and from experienced organizers working with RFC.
How: Register now! Don't wait to register--the training is limited to about 25-30 students, and spots fill up FAST!
The training only costs $25 for food, lodging, and programming.
*Note that if you are part of the Grassroots Leaders Program, your fee is waived, but you must still register.
